It is that time of year where I get really antsy for spring and all that comes with it. Especially in Seattle, as the gray starts to clear up, I cant WAIT for spring! Anyone else get that really excited feeling when you experience the first warm sunny day of the year? Or how about when you start to see the flowers start to bloom??
Happy Monday everyone!! It's been a little while since I've done one of these coffee breaks. It has been a busy and at times stressful few weeks, so I took cut back on posting these for a little bit. BUT I'm BACK! So here are 10 things that I have found over the last few weeks that I hope you enjoy reading on your Monday coffee break :)
I am not afraid to admit that I have a hard time balancing different aspects of my life. If something becomes overwhelming, I quickly become stressed and agitated. Since I wear my heart on my sleeve, and my emotions dictate 99.9% of my actions and reactions, when I am stressed, it easily becomes the focus of everything that I do.
SO I made a list of 10 things that I try to practice to help me reduce stress in my life! I hope you find them helpful!
Happy happy Monday! This weekend was relaxing and productive all at once. Zack and I cancelled our plans on Saturday and spent the day together cleaning the apartment and walking around Seattle. It is so important to take time away from all of the hustle and bustle and focus on your loved ones. Sunday was full of photoshoots and cupcakes with a bunch of my favorite Seattle ladies! This week I am heading to Palm Springs for Modernism Week and I can't wait to explore some Mid-Century Modern homes! I have always said I belong in the desert - so I am so excited to visit :) Stay tuned for photos!
