Hello there everyone! It’s time for a three day weekend and I couldn’t be happier! This week, my computer fried.. SO this week has been on the more frustrating side. I always remind myself that life can always be worse so I try to look at the bright side of things; but sometimes a good cry or 6 is what you need, right?! (ugh) So my computer crashed, then wouldn’t turn back on . I took it to the Apple store and they told me my graphics card is fried and is going to be expensive to replace. In addition, not only will it be expensive, but since my computer is 6 years old, Apple considers it to be “vintage” and they no longer carry the parts to fix my computer. Luckily everything is backed up on hard drives so I should be able to salvage everything. However, my boyfriend has a PC so I am unable to access any information through his computer. I then borrowed a Mac from a coworker to try and pull off some files and get some work done, but when my computer crashed, it locked my external files. SOOOOOOOO, again, while life can always be worse I was like REALLY MAN?! and broke down and cried for a little bit because crying solves everything.. 😉 Luckily my boyfriend is a computer genius and was able to do something to my hard drive and get some files for me! SORRY FOR THE DUMB SOB STORY I wanted to vent a little bit ;D
If anyone has any computer recommendations I am ALL EARS!
About this outfit: I have become a big fan of layering since it is rarely warm enough in Seattle at this time of year to wear a dress without SOMETHING under it. I stocked up on these plain bodysuits from Gap to wear under tanks and dresses and wear with maxi skirts. This became the perfect base for my new fav jumper! This Topshop jumper is so soft and lightweight, but the velvety material also make it perfect for cooler weather. I am looking forward to pairing this with a long sleeve tee as soon as Seattle gets cooler again!
And this bag.. I am obsessed with this Apolis market bag! I bought mine at a local boutique here in Seattle called Glasswing. This bag is so perfect for trips to Pike Place Market for fresh fruit, veggies, and flowers! The canvas bag is lined with wax on the interior so if your flowers or produce is covered in water, you can dump it right out with no harm done to your gorgeous bag 🙂 Even if I am not going to the market, I like to throw things in it and just walk around with it because it is so gorgeous!
