Happy October!! Fall is officially in full swing here in Washington. Zack and I celebrated with a drive up North to Snohomish where the wild flower fields and tree farms are straight out of a Thomas Kinkade painting. It is still pretty warm here, if the leaves weren’t changing it could almost pass as a mild Seattle summer. While I love warm weather, I’m pretty excited for the crisp Fall air and chunky sweaters. We are in that in-between phase where the mornings call for lots of layers, then the afternoons leave you peeling everything off because the temperature jumps 15 degrees!
While we are in this in-between where it looks like Fall but feels a little too warm, I have been wearing lots of dresses that can straddle the Summer and Fall seasons. This Anthropologie dress was perfect for frolicking through the rows of birch trees in Snohomish. I felt like I was in a story book! Linked below are some of my favorite dresses for this Fall season.
We had the perfect Fall weekend driving through the country, looking at all of the farms, gardens, and color-changing landscapes. I can’t wait for the leaves to get a little deeper in color and the air to get a little more crisp so I can officially embrace the season. Lots of apple and pumpkin pies on deck for our household!
