It is that time of year where I get really antsy for spring and all that comes with it. Especially in Seattle, as the gray starts to clear up, I cant WAIT for spring! Anyone else get that really excited feeling when you experience the first warm sunny day of the year? Or how about when you start to see the flowers start to bloom??

Est. 1990
I LOVE THE 90’s. I was born in 1990 and still haven’t left. It will be tough to find someone who rivals my obsession with everything 90’s! I am so happy that fashion from the decade is making a full comeback, but this time it seems to be bigger and better than ever! (WHERE’S MY LISA FRANK TRAPPER KEEPER?!)
A Nautical Weekend
This weekend was Seafair here in Seattle! Large battle ships docked at the ports, Seattle was flooded with sailors from the Navy in their white uniforms, hundreds of boats take over the lakes and the Sound, and the festival begins! Hydroplane races, Blue Angels and airplane shows, and battleship tours are just a few things that took place this weekend. Luckily, my parents were in town! I am so glad they were here to experience this Seattle tradition.
Bodysuit
With summer weather popping up from time to time here in Seattle, tank tops and bodysuits are quickly becoming repeat items in my wardrobe these days! When pairing bodysuits, high-waisted jeans are always my go-to! A nice pair of overalls are also great with bodysuits!
Cord Jumper
I have become a big fan of layering since it is rarely warm enough in Seattle at this time of year to wear a dress without SOMETHING under it. I stocked up on these plain bodysuits from Gap to wear under tanks and dresses and wear with maxi skirts. This became the perfect base for my new fav jumper! This Topshop jumper is so soft and lightweight, but the velvety material also make it perfect for cooler weather. I am looking forward to pairing this with a long sleeve tee as soon as Seattle gets cooler again!
