Fall is officially in full swing here in Washington. Zack and I celebrated with a drive up North to Snohomish where the wild flower fields and tree farms are straight out of a Thomas Kinkade painting. It is still pretty warm here, if the leaves weren’t changing it could almost pass as a mild Seattle summer. While I love warm weather, I’m pretty excited for the crisp Fall air and chunky sweaters. We are in that in-between phase where the mornings call for lots of layers, then the afternoons leave you peeling everything off because the temperature jumps 15 degrees!

My Seattle: Queen Anne Frame
Since today is International Women’s Day, I wanted to highlight a local woman who inspires me and the shop her and her husband own and use as a platform to bring their community together!
Holiday 2 Ways
As you may have already figured out, I am a big advocate for shopping small and getting to know local business owners and building bonds that are hard to form with larger corporations.
SO this holiday season, I teamed up with Peridot Boutique to bring you a 2 holiday options with a statement sweater!
Gift Guide – Seattle Shops
Shopping small is SO important and so fun! I love supporting local businesses and brands and building relationships with local shop owners. I decided to create a gift guide that highlighted some of my favorite goodies from some of my favorite Seattle shops. All of these items are available online so anyone, anywhere can buy them and still shop small 🙂
